Getting to Vermont from Shirley
Brattleboro is about 60 miles from Shirley, roughly 75 minutes on Route 2 and I-91. Okemo and Stratton run closer to two hours and 15, and the last stretch is mountain road, which in shoulder season is a weather question as much as a distance one. I arrive two and a half to three hours before guests, with the drive built in.

Do you travel to southern Vermont, and is there a travel fee?
Yes, and there is no travel fee. Brattleboro, the Okemo valley, Stratton, and Manchester sit inside the 120 miles I cover from Shirley. Northern Vermont is past that. If your venue is further north, ask and I will tell you straight.

Stratton Mountain Resort and Farm Road Estate are the southern Vermont venues on my list. That is a short list and I am not going to inflate it. Send me your venue and your date and I will know the room.
How do you handle barn and tented receptions in Vermont?
Barn and tented receptions take extra setup care, so I plan the footprint and the power ahead of the date rather than solving it on arrival. An outdoor ceremony gets its own speakers and mics. An evening cutoff gets built into the timeline.
