We Get to Know Each Other
Through your preferred means of communication: texting, email, phone, or Zoom call, we discuss your plans, tastes, and how you want your wedding to be remembered, and how John can turn your vision into reality.
Beginning the Relationship
Once we move ahead, you are provided access to a personal online planning portal to aid in planning all of the entertainment-related facets and make playlists for your wedding. To be of service, John proactively checks in with you once a month to say hello, ask how things are going and if you need anything. Of course, you are free to reach out at any time!
Working Together
As we get closer to the big day, we will schedule a virtual or in-person meeting to review the itinerary ensuring all the I’s are dotted and all T’s are crossed ensuring all the details are correct ranging from ensuring specific versions of songs requested are documented, capturing phonetic pronunciations of all wedding party members, and everything in between.
Stress-Free Execution
John arrives 2 to 3 hours prior to the start of your wedding ceremony to ensure more than enough time for equipment setup and sound checks. All you have to worry about is being in the moment and celebrating with all your loved ones while John works behind the scenes with your vendor dream team to ensure everything happens the way it is supposed to!
